I feel the psychology of the Nfl is white superiority. If you honestly look at it the game its seventy percent African American, but they play no more than a supporting cast. The real story in the Nfl is to promote the hard working highly intelligent Caucasian American quarter back.So anyone who is not white has to mentally and internally compromise their true feelings;the true feelings that maybe they are nothing more than a supporting cast.In college the African American quarter back flourishes but Nfl he must accept there is only enough room for a hand full of African American quarter backs the rest must settle to be a supporting cast.

Growing up in South Jersey as a Black disabled child of the 60's and watched the way they(Philly) treated Dick Allen I have very hard time rooting for the Phillies.. if a black player wins the game its o.k. and everybody is happy but if he does not do well they run him out of town. just as they ran Terrell Owens out of town and they ran Donavan McNabb and we cannot forget Randall Cunningham. After the Allen incident my family became Met fans

[...] … I followed [all the coverage] … but it was the U.S. male sprinters who held me in their sway. … Together, a dozen African-American men and their eleven total medals [seven gold] constitute arguably the greatest male sprint team ever assembled. … Of course, at the 1968 Mexico Games all that accomplishment by those U.S. sprinters was lost forever, turned into something else once Tommie Smith and John Carlos raised black-gloved fists on the victory stand after their 200-meter performance. It had been a terrific race. Smith and Carlos were members of coach Bud Winter’s famed “Speed City” crew out in San Jose, California, and both had figured prominently in the yearlong speculation that America’s black athletes would boycott the Games – Smith especially, in solidarity with the Olympic Project for Human Rights.
